please be more considerate for the people that co-ordinates everything..

dun back out last min ! its quite irritating as it ALWAYS the same players.. and when i bring in new players.. and its those people that say," SO MANY PEOPLE"

HELLO,
wad i looking for is CONSISTENT players.. not players that come 2 times.. miss 2 weeks.. unless u have good reasons.. NS or attachment.. waking up late ? accompany gf ? 1 week 7 days.. need to choose sunday meh.. (not referring to wei hwang as he's beri consistent) i often have 15 players say coming.. end up ? 11.. 12.. no wonder some of the foreign (not mjrband personnel) dun wan come back.. no progress wad !

but i am glad i have 12 to 13 players that is beri consistent.. thanks guys.. u noe how u are.. u are the one that is keeping the team going.. i promise i will look for new ways to improve the team..
